Fish House Floreasca is a renovation project completed in the summer of 2021. The project involved transforming a commercial space into a luxury restaurant. The quality of the materials and their execution was a top priority. Marble and porcelain tile cladding, custom-made metal structures from our own workshop, and meticulous attention to all the details that make up a modern space were essential.

One of the main challenges of this project was the complete replacement of all electrical and plumbing systems, upgrading them to meet the capacity required for a commercial restaurant operation. Additionally, implementing all the design details provided by the planners and integrating them into a relatively small space demanded creativity and determination from the team. The work required specialized equipment and trained personnel.
To complete the project within the 3-month deadline, a team of 15 workers was needed on site.
