A modern apartment located on the 12th floor, completed in 2019. High-quality materials were used to create a pleasant space that meets the highest standards.

This project involved a complete renovation, where attention to detail and material quality were paramount. The main challenge was the exterior modifications, which required additional safety measures due to the apartment’s location on the 12th floor. The project also includes custom metal structures crafted in our own workshop.
