This project involved building a single-family home from the ground up near Lake Snagov. Construction began in 2019 and was completed in a record time of just one year. The house was built using the highest quality materials, the latest construction technologies, and finished with luxury touches.

One of the biggest challenges of the project was carrying out the work in an area with difficult access for machinery, equipment, and materials brought to the site. Another constant concern throughout the project was the integration of different materials, each behaving and reacting differently over time. This was not only a challenge but a key focus in ensuring that the construction would stand the test of time.
