Montefiore, located in the Asmita Gardens complex, is one of our first completed commercial projects. Together with the design team, we managed to transform a sterile space into an elegant and refined restaurant. The space was built using high-quality materials, where the skillful staging of these elements was essential for achieving a top-tier dining venue.

We can say this project was a challenge from start to finish—from connecting to water and electricity networks, to installing kitchen exhaust systems, fire safety systems, and even managing access and transporting materials to the site. A temporary greenhouse was even constructed during winter to allow work to continue. All the restrictions imposed by the residential complex and the specific characteristics of the area turned this into a beautiful challenge that tested our craftsmanship and expertise.
